Agile Confluence Site Launched

Contribute to Knowledge transfer at CGI with having a fully equipped Agile Wiki website for help. The user has access to explainations of how something is handled in Agile including Examples and Self Improvement Exercises.

300 pages and growing with Easy to understand detail. Written for the least experienced members.
Accessible from any Sector of the business.

Held Agile Seminars

Held Bi weekly seminars where members from all over the business would come to listen to me discuss different aspects of Agile and how it can be used to improve Efficiency of the teams.

Average Attendance 20 people per seminar. Increased the knowledge of Agile over multiple Projects Allowed trainee Scrum Masters to demo their progress.

Agile Teams Forum Launched

Created a Forum Channel in Microsoft Teams for asking questions and getting answers from not only me but other members. This forum is also open to all members in the Edinburgh and Glasgow offices include multiple sectors.

Used regularly by members of CGI
Good way to add Discussion topics and other topics. Gives a chance to get a quick response to questions.

Trained Developer to become a Certified Scrum Master.

Held weekly training sessions to explain all the difference aspects of Agile and how it is used so that when the staff member went for the course he already understood the requirements of the course.

Held Regular training sessions each week. Provided small training exercises requiring to be demo'd. Slot on the Seminar to show there progress in training.
